Refund Policy

RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Kenzville. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be unworn or used

  • All Items must be in their original packaging.

  • You must include the original invoice/packing slip, and be

  • Accompanied by a completed returns slip

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (21 business days not including 2-5 days processing time) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Refunds may not apply if your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address) or/and due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of kenzville.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Shipping is Non-Refundable.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (STANDARD RETURN POLICY)

  • Return for refund within: 7 days

  • Return for replacement within: 7 days

  • Restocking Fee: Yes

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Kenzville reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Kenzville reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

WARDROBING & EXCESSIVE RETURNS

Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support @kenzville.com

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kenzville.com . We do not do exchanges. All of our products have different measurements, so it is important to ascertain your measurement before order. If you need clarification on measurement kindly message us at support@kenzville.com.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Kenzville does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return
